Well, it's probably recommended that he's 13.. I guess the chat is really the place where it gets a little inappropriate for the younger ones sometime. The forums aren't that bad. o3o

We do have some younger members here, so it's not a rule. But really be should check with your parents first, see if they'll let him join.

The legal answer is he must have provide an adult who will have to provide their email before he can post. If not, technically we're breaking the COPPA law.

When I joined i put my age as thirteen but i later found out that i could put that i was twelve (my actual age)

RK-9 is 9 years old, and he joined a long time ago and remains to be an active member. That's evidence enough that almost anyone can join here.
