I have a friend, online username dragong23, and his PS3 clan is in a flame war against another clan. The leader of the other clan is being a jerk to my friend and his clan because he feels that dragong23 used some songs from his (the jerk) YouTube videos in some of my friend's montages.

I ask you this... Does reusing a few songs really warrant an all out flamewar??

I've seen similar things happen, but it's usually one flame and the message is delivered. Something like that is of a higher level than what I've seen, so I can't help you here.
