Famitsu, a Japanese gaming magazine, has rated Pokémon Black and White with the highest possible score: 40/40, which is a perfect 10 in all four categories. Pokémon Black and White (as a combination) is the fifteenth game to receive a perfect score since Famitsu has started doing game reviews. The pair is the first Pokémon entry on the perfect list.

They've been doing that quite often lately.

Odds are the critics here will nitpick the game for how the pokemon have the same in game cries.

This is still great though.

All these ratings and pre-orders give me the a very fantastic image of how great these games are. I can't wait till the release. I want to see the game! O_O

These games are quite the big stuff, now aren't they? First a million pre-orders in Japan, then a perfect score of 40 by Famitsu. They're really marking a lot of records for Game Freak/Nintendo!

I can imagine having a really good play experience from all the things I have been hearing. Shocking how it got a perfect 40 though.

Why is everyone other Pokemon game improve ratings by 1 point each time? DP- 35/40....PLAT-36/40 HGSS- 37/40...and now 40/40....

I'm impressed. I don't need numbers to tell me to get the game, though. I'm quite cautious about them, honestly, because I don't want to over-anticipate the game. That's just asking for a let down.

But I still want the game now. I wish I didn't have to wait 'til spring!

That's certainly good news... yet bad news too. I'm afraid the next Pokemon game would be a let down. D: Remember the awesomeness of the original Gold/Silver then Ruby/Sapphire? -deflates-
