Thanks I was just wondering about the gym's. Do you have to use your DS or this real game. And also how do I get my adopted pokemon in my signature. IF someone could tell me that would be Awsome!

Yes you have to use your DS, a copy of D/P/Pt/HG/SS and wi-fi to battle the gyms.
For the adopts, choose an adopt, click manage, then BB code and then highlight forum code. Next go to the control panel (up at the left it says "UserCP") here, on Victory Road. Then click "edit signature" on the list along the left side, paste it there and save!

To put them in your signature, go to User CP, Select "Edit Signature", and Put in the BBC code (The Web address you get after the adoption) and you're good to go.
