If there was a video game I would want to be made into a movie,....I'll just write a list :

Super Smash Bros. The movie (aw come on, you would want to see awesome CGI on the big screen with a falcon punch and a blast of samus's weapon and even her final smash,.... and not a parody like the ones they put on youtube I'm talking about a awesome CGI movie filled with awesomeness, awesomeness, and more awesomeness!)

New Super Mario Bros. the movie (a new mario movie and 10,000 times better then the dissapointing Super Mario Bros. movie back then)

The Legend of Zelda (this would be awesome as the Lord of the Rings probably also yes, they did have a trailer of the movie ,but it was a april fools day joke ign put on us,...jerks!)

Sonic The Hedgehog the movie (now don't tell me you wouldn't want awesomeness on the big screen wouldn't you? It would be epic to see this be made into a movie)

Portal (if they got the original GLaDOS voice actor to voice GLaDOS and if they they got the right girl to play as the main girl character you play as in Portal, then what can go wrong?)

Post what video games you think are perfect (no-brainer) to put as a movie.

About Super Smash Bros., I think following the Brawl storyline would be best, making it Super Smash Bros. Brawl: The Movie. :L

Other games (series, really) that I think would be good: Metroid, Need for Speed, Star Fox, Scribblenauts.

And movies from games that are based off of movies would be cool.

All the Final Fantasy games and Chrono Trigger.

Of course, all of these need to be done well. The thing about gaming movies is that they have tons of amazing potential to make fantastic and amazing movies, but they just never work out because of terrible writers and directors.

Spyro the Dragon movie, perhaps? I'd like to see one.

Spyro, eh? Wow, I haven't heard anything about Spyro for years... I remember playing a few of those games, I really liked them. I never thought about a movie, and I think an animated movie could work really well. Halo could also work really well as a movie, and it already kinda has it's own lines of media, like Legends and Red vs Blue.

I'm suprized nobody has said Pokemon yet! lol! But yea, it would be awesome to have real life movie with Pokemon! That would be so cool!

Kingdom Hearts. Obviously.

Epic Mickey. It seems the one most likely, even Spector wants to make it into a movie!

But then again, they made it so it appeared to be a movie, according to the commentary in the game.

Like Fubab said, Left 4 Dead or Left 4 Dead 2. Those would make AWESOME movies.

Brawl would make an awsome movie, with everyone (Including Wolf, Jigglypuff, Toon Link and Sonic) included in the story.

Games with side quests or equip items would be hard but fun but how about Kirby

I wouldnt mind watching a Diablo movie, a Deus Ex movie is must, and from what I hear, theres an Angry Birds movie coming out.

Oh yes, and Gears of War.

C'mon, Fire emblem has enough story to make a movie for each one of its games.
