I have some Questions for Flash.

1: How and where can I get Flash?

2: Does it cost money?
2a: If so, about how much?(or exact, whatever floats your boat)

3: Is it easy to use for spriting? EDIT: I've seen alot of good sprit*e* animations, I just want to know if it's easy to use.

3: Probably not, it's usually used for high-quality/interactive animations, and games.
