Freeware I know, and to be released on the XBLA, but it's an extremely addictive randomized game that features a cartoony explorer delving into the caves to rescue dames and gather treasure.

This is the official site where you can snag yourself a copy, it's great stuff and I find it's really addictive if you have a few minutes to spare, or need to burn some time between classes. Downloadable, keepable, enjoyable.

I love Spelunky. It's completely random, the caves won't be the same each time you try. But it's HARD AS NAILS. Seriously, I've never got past a few levels on World 2 (The jungle one). Yet I still keep going back to have another shot. You have no reason not to get this game.

Seems fun. I'll try it out.

Also: If you want a bit more of a hard game, try and steal an item from the shopkeeper, also try and get a gun from him, those shotguns are lethal to almost everything.
