So quick question from each gen what is your favorite starter?

My list

Gen 1: Bulbasaur (For Ivysaur duh)
Gen 2: Totodile
Gen 3:..............No Comment.
Gen 4:Turtwig
Gen 5: Well I love them all because you can make fun of them....But I will go for Tsutarja. Why? Give it a white top hat and white cane then he will look like excalibur from Soul Eater.

My overall favourite would probably be Bulbasaur.

Hmm.
1.) I am not a huge fan of any of these, but I would have to go for Charmander.
2.) These were the best bunch to me, but I am a sucker for Chikorita.
3.) Eekk... I think I am the only person alive who hates Mudkip. But I would choose Torchic.
4.) Piplup. The whole emperor thing is awesome to me.
5.) I forgot the name of it, but the snake one. I can't stand that otter. Ugh.

I could've sworn I made a thread like this, it was a poll about favorite starters. It didn't include the 5th gen starters because I made it before the 5th gen was announced.

In fact, I did. Although the last post was on May 13.

But anyway, mine would have to be:

Gen 1: Tie between Squirtle and Charmander
2: Cyndaquil
3: Mudkip (meme is only part of the reason)
4: Chimchar
5: The fire one (I need to learn the names...)

As you can tell, I don't care much for Grass types. And I almost always go with the fire starter because of the lack of good fire type Pokemon in the games *COUGH*Diamond/Pearl*COUGH*

I didn't really like the Gen 1 starters (inb4flamewar) but I guess I'd pick Bulbasaur if I was forced to.
Generation 2's favorite would most likely be Cyndaquil.
Gen. 3... Tough. I'd say Treecko, because he's a badass gecko guy.
Definitely Turtwig for Gen 4. Chimchar looks kinda lame and Piplup is just... Well, just no.
Isshu's main man is probably Tsutaaja. Smug leafy thing.

My new favorite starters are:

Gen I: Charizard
Gen II: Quilava
Gen III: Grovyle
Gen IV: Grotle
Gen V: Mijumaru

No one said they can't be their evos. ^o^

Generation I:Charmander
Generation II:Totodile (though the only one I really dislike is Chikorita)
Generation III:Treecko, my all-time favourite Pokemon, no question.
Generation IV:A tie between Torterra and Infernape.
Generation V:A tie between Mijumaru and Tsutarja. Mijumaru was my favourite based on looks originally, but I never really liked Pokabu. Though, it`s evolution is interesting.

V. Tough to choose between Snivy and Oshawott. Both of their evolutions look so cool. =(

1. Squirtle. Because Wartortle is awesome, and all the cool kids back in third grade had a friggin' Blastoise, man.
2. Cyndaquil. Made small time of Bellsprout Tower early on in the game. Also had terrifically strong evolutions.
3. Treecko. It's a lizard man who doesn't want a lizard
4. Piplup. All the Gen 4 starters looked really terrible to me, and I picked Piplup because it was the most normal-looking.
5. All three of them are totally sweet, especially Snivy and Oshawott.
