Other Pokémon Gaming → DSV to SAV converter?

I want to test out *******, but it doesn't edit the DSV files that DeSmuMe outputs. I've looked and found "solutions", but they didn't support DSV.

this works for me:

rename the extension part
ex.
pokemon heart gold.sav
rename it to:
pokemon heart gold.dsv
