I know, such a random topic. And to think that they were published by the same company(Nintendo).

However, recently I commented on a video that showed off his Wii Menu, saying "Legend of Zelda = Best game ever". I then got a reply from, I'm assuming, an angry little kid saying "ssbbs way beter ya idiot".

Now, this isn't something that I'd really worry about too much, 'cause this stuff happens a lot, but his response was totally uncalled for.

I like both, by the way. I'm asking for your opinion... Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii or Legend of Zelda for NES?

Two totally different games for totally different platforms. I think both games are great in their own right.

I'd have to say brawl, but it's not even fair. Zelda I was a prototype with 8-bit graphics and great music where link beat up Ganon. Brawl, is the final result of all of Nintendo's work with next Gen graphics, More great music (including all of the music from Zelda I) where Link can beat up anyone, or anyone can beat up anyone. It's no contest.

well you are talking about a great game, with moderate graphics back then, and the case is the same with ssbb now, i don't want to start flaming me or anybody else this is just my opinion, both are good in their own right, sad that someone would say that about a classic.

Different platforms, different genres, different story, different gameplay. You simply can't compare them.

Exactly. I saw TLoZ for NES on the guy's Wii Menu and commented that it's the best game ever and that kid came up with something unrelated.
