I recolored Arbok and Hitmontop to look like Buck and Riley, here they are.
Also, I added part of Buck's hair to Arbok's tail!

The Hitmontop looks almost the same... try using a different trainer than Riley.
The Arbok is pretty good. I like how you used yellow for highlights; it gives it a nice high-contrast effect. The only problems I can see are that on the tail, you forgot to outline the parts that weren't connected to the tail, and I can see part of Buck's face.

I am pretty sure that is part of the headband or scrunchy he wears or whatever
