Two days ago (Saturday July 10th 2010), Buizel456 banned Blues for sending "gay pornography and links to malware to various members." Later, Blues' ban was ended early, but word got out to many VR MSN contacts to block Blues from their userlists. These results were not brought about due to the reasons listed above. Here are the facts:

Blues had obtained an MSN program that allowed one to mimic someone else in the conversation. Buizel had heard about this and asked Blues for the link/name of the program, threatening Blues with a ban from the forums if he didn't comply. Upon recieving the name of the program, Bui took back his threats. Blues responded with saying that the program was actually malware. (Buizel didn't actually download this program.) This lead to more demands/threats from Buizel, to which Blues responded by linking Buizel to a shocksite/pranksite, ********. (This link was the only appearance of explicit content.) Buizel then proceeded to ban Buizel for the reasons aforementioned.

The program Blues was telling Buizel about wasn't malware; three other people were used as an example to download the program and use it, with success and no harm to their computer. I myself had seen the program in use. (Apparently I broke it. :3)

Later, Blues began to tell people about the incident. Buizel found out and bribed Blues by saying that if he didn't tell anyone anything, then Buizel would lift his ban early. Although Blues' ban was indeed lifted, Blues was now blocked and removed from all of his MSN contacts due to Buizel telling most (if not all) VR members added in his contacts to block Blues.

In the end, Blues was basically only guilty of linking Buizel456 to a shocksite, which Bui never actually entered. Buizel unjustly abused mod powers to threaten Blues just to get an MSN program.

In the end, we decided that this would be a suitable punishment:

1. This thread would be published publicly.
2. Blues and Buizel456 would apologize to each other publicly on the forum.
3. Buizel456 would recieve a reprimand and a demotion to a lower moderation level for abusing powers.
4. There are to be no further mentions of these events beyond this thread.
