I`m not quite positive if this is confirmed news or not, as the original post by Bulbanews has been deleted, but apparently, users at 2ch have reported Water Pokemon Master`s photographing of the trailer and commercial during Gen`ei no Hasha:Zoroark, and he may be facing being deported as well as possibly a legal fine due to it.

Water Pokemon Master is the webmaster and owner of popular fansite PokeBeach.com

Here is the URL to the post on Bulbanews (now deleted, which makes me somewhat skeptical on the matter, but we`ll have to wait and see I suppose)

Additionally, here is an article that, (from what I can tell) reports the entire situation, along with what seems to be an as-of-now deleted post by WPM himself to Pokebeach, however, it is NOT confirmed, and therefore shouldn`t be taken completely seriously until an actual screenshot of such an update from WPM, or a live conversation with him can reveal more details.

What are your thoughts on this?

I was wondering how they could've determined which person it was in the theater, but then I realized that the person is a pokebeach site owner or something like that.

What surprises me more is that Nintendo would take such quick notice to this. If it`s true, this`d probably be the first officially sanctioned intervention from Nintendo themselves towards a Pokemon fansite.

Edit: Right, I forgot to identify WPM xD Sorry, I`d better fix that.

Whether there is any truth or not, Nintendo can't take any legal sanctions. It would have to be the Japanese authorities, who really have no interest in doing so from the beginning.

So, yeah, doubtfully true.

Why did people think he was suspicious?

...

...

He had a freaking camera in a Cinema. End of.

Anyway, I hope this blows over and everyone's happy. Nobody really wants the best Pokemon news site to go to website hell.
