In VictoryBattles, there are three distinct ways to level your Pokémon up: get someone to click them (roughly 2 and a half clicks will level up your Pokémon), challenge a person to a battle, or go in the grass and battle a wild Pokémon. Wild Pokémon are always waiting for you, but there isn't much of a variety for the most part. Trainers will give you 1½ times more experience, but may not be available. And clicking requires persuasion.

There are other ways to level up Pokémon, but they haven't yet been made available: one is giving them to a breeder, where they will be cared for and anyone clicking them will cause a double experience gain. Doing so also makes them gain experience with time: every minute they gain 5 experience points.

Does that increase when you level up? That doesn't seem like that much, when you're up at the higher levels like 90+ it should be 40-50 clicks. Even if there's no level cap, I still think this should be the case.

Well, here is the code:
experience = experience * CASE
WHEN level <= 10 THEN 1.2
WHEN level <= 20 THEN 1.1
WHEN level <= 40 THEN 1.05
WHEN level <= 75 THEN 1.02
WHEN level <= 100 THEN 1.01
ELSE 1
END

A Pokémon in the slow curve starts level 90 @ 911250 points.

To get to level 100 (1250000 exp), it would take 32 clicks.
Similarly, from level 75 (527343 exp), it would take 87 clicks.

Finally, from level 1 to level 100:
26 Clicks to Level 10
23 Clicks to Level 20
43 Clicks to Level 40
91 Clicks to Level 75
81 Clicks to Level 100

This is how levels will be calculated when we switch, btw.
