For those of you who have a Japanese imported Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver, there will be a new Wi-Fi event Pokemon for download. This Pokemon is a level 50 Scizor with the ability Swarm and the moves X-Scissor, Swords Dance, Iron Defence, and Agility. It will come in a Cherish Ball and come with a Starf Berry. This Scizor will be a tie-in Pokemon that belongs to the main antagonist in the 13th movie Phantom Champion Zoroark. It will be available June 18th to July 14th. Again, this is just for Japanese region games (though a US version may come once we get the movie).

Aww, Yushee beat me to it. Sounds like a good Scizor, too bad it'll be kinda useless for online play considering you can get Lv. 1 Scizors legitimately for EVing. At least the Starf Berry is nice and the Cherish Ball's animation is awesome. 
EDIT: Wait, Iron Defense is pretty much useless considering most Fire moves are Special... l: Not that great anymore...Oh and Agility is useless with Bullet Punch available...*stops berating a free Pokémon*
