Hi, everyone. This is Kimono Girl. On BR's other laptop.
BR's current netbook has keyboard problems. Whenever he types, it's always caps unless he has caps on. And he can't type periods, but he can do question marks and exclamation.
Please, someone help!

Sounds like there may just be dust or dirt in the keys. Get a can of compressed air and blow it under all the keys. Another option is to just pry all the keys off and then remove any dirt/dust that is laying under the keys.
