Why do I now have to enter a Captcha EVERY time I post? Did I do something wrong?

Yeah, I lost the quick reply and have to enter a captcha every time. CAT IF THIS IS YOUR WAY OF PREVENTING SPAM YOU ARE EVIL.

Edit: I logged in from my alt account that I use to test things with, and that does have access to quick reply and doesn't have captcha. Staff thing perhaps?
