Yeah, many people assume Macs don't get viruses, but anything that uses the internet can get a virus. Macs just don't have as many as a Windows-based machine because not as many people use Macs.

The funny thing is, that in other commercials like that, they actually say PCs are MADE with virii pre-installed.

I think it might be based upon the definition of "virus". There are plenty of things you could do to a computer to ruin it other than just a simple virus program. Just try creating a program that runs a few terminal commands (as root user) and a given Mac or Linux machine is toast.
