Those moves aren't new, Flamethrower, Water Pulse, Leaf Storm, and Aura Sphere were used.

Zoroark turned into Entei. Zoroark has an ability that lets him transform (Though it's said that it's not the move 'transform', but an ability)

Actually it was Zoroark that was imitating a entei. Not sure how that ability of his works, but if hes a roaming pokemon, imagine how difficult it would be to catch him if he always looks like another poke? o_o
