Ok, so this WAS going to be my team.

1.Phanpy
2.Totodile
3.Charmander
4.Elektrike
5.Draitni
6.Bulbasaur

But, since u guys said no action replay then i cant get, Bulbasaur, Elektrike, Charmander i think they dont appear in HG right? Draitini Phanpy and Totodile do appear right? Well then ill need 1 Electric Type 1 Fire Type and 1 Grass Type so any suggestions because i dont even know who appears in the game, so please tell all the fire,all the grass and all the electric types so i can choose my 3 remaining pokemon. Thanks and by the way yo can call me ee or phanpy what you like more and Kee is from Keewee which is my name im known for in medal of honor heroes 2 for psp.

PS: Ill be getting the game in like 15 days.

Dragonite and Charizard will both be very powerful. Venusaur and Feraligatr will be okay, however I would recommend dropping Electrike and Phanpy from the lineup. Gastly --> Gengar and Eevee --> Espeon/Umbreon could be some good choices.

I take it this is NOT your competitive team, but your in-game team. Here are my suggestions:

You won't be able to get Charmander or Bulbasaur until extremely late in the game (After you beat Red).
Swap out Electrike for Mareep, since you can find those quite early, and it evolves in to a powerful electric type.
The only other thing I can suggest is to catch as you go. You see a Pokemon that you think'll be useful? Catch it and raise it.

Or, you could just go to the Pokewalker and get all your pokemon there. That's what I did (except for my starter and my Mareep) in HG.

Magmar is a good fire-type it can be found in Burnt Tower.
Bellsprout is a decent Grass-type.Tangela is also a great choice since you can evolve it into Tangrowth.
Mareep is a good Electric type early on in the game.

Here are my thoughts:
-Phanpy isn't bad. It just needs time to get good moves and be awesome when its a Donphan.
-Totodile is your starter. What more could I say? Don't use your starter?
-If you can get it somehow without Action Replay then yes. If you can transfer it from Fire Red or Leaf Green into a copy of D/P/Pt and trade, it will be good.
-Ehh... No. Jolteon and Mareep are way better electric types than Elektrike, especially Jolteon.
-Although hard to raise, Dratini (you misspelled it by the way) becomes one of the best dragon types in Pokemon.
-Venasaur is a really good grass type, but you will have to same problem as Charmander - getting the freaking thing.

You can get a Dratini early in the game if you use the PokeWalker a lot. They're in the Blue Lake. Half my team is from the PokeWalker, since I got good/rare Pokemon early in the game. Yay.
