After a long and heated debate with Sunny, we have decided to put the issue of the Rotom Forms to a vote. I argued that any Rotom forms is spectacular defensively, and while it is in OU, most all of the counters there are not in Gen. 4, making Rotom Form much better. Sunny, however, argued that Spiritomb and Heatran make fine counters, even if both of them are in the Limit One category. He also pointed out that Magnezone can halt Rotom, but then a stall-war ensues. Mismagius has also proven to be a good counter, thanks to Substitute, her Special Defense and Speed. Another valid argument is that any Rotom Form can only be used online by use of an Action Replay code. So choose one of the following:

Legal: All Rotom forms should be allowed. No limit.

Limit One: A Rotom Form can not be used with Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Regigigas, Heatran, Cresselia, or Spiritomb.

Banned: Any Rotom Form is banned completely.

Gee I dunno, do most of us even have Action Replay? I do, but not everyone does.

I say Normal Rotom can be used without limit, but the other forms should be limited.

The Rotom Forms should be in Limited One to make it fair to both sides.

All right I think that it is clear what the majority of people think should be done involving the ghostly appliances, so I am locking this poll and putting all of the Rotom Forms in "Limit One." Thank you to all who voted.
