Here are the FINAL rules and bracket. Also, the friend codes of the contestants. ROUND TWO, DIVISION B WILL BE ROUND-ROBIN STYLE. TOURNAMENT IS SATURDAY, APRIL 24TH AT 12 NOON PACIFIC TIME
Rules
1.No Legendary Pokemon allowed with the exception of Phione. Along with this, you may only have one of any pokemon species on your team.
2. No cheating or hacking!
3. Battles are level 50-set.
4. If you A) Are 10 minutes late for your battle or B) Disconnect 3 times NO MATTER THE REASON, you are disqualified
5.You may only have one status-changing move per pokemon on your team. Sleep Clause is applied. NO OHKO (one-hit knockouts)
6. One of the two people in the battle must tell me in the C Box who won the battle after it's over, and this will go on the honesty rule. If I notice a disagreement, I will review the team and based off of type weaknesses, determine the winner.

Agreed. Please make it completely clear that Garchomp is banned.

Even though it isn't, stated by the rules.
I say that Garchomp shouldn't be banned, the rule is no legends, not ubers. Heck even Azelf isn't an uber and it's not allowed, same should go towards this.

Hmmm, I wonder what JAD is using on his team? Garchomp clearly has the stats to prove just as good as several Ubers, including Wobu- OH CRAP WE DIDN'T MENTION THE BLUE PUNK. I say the rule should be No UBERS, because legendaries is a tad broad, and many legendaries are not even that great competitively. Garchomp, however, is.

Yeah, we forgot about Wobuffet too.

Garchomp and Wobuffet should both be banned as they have clearly been proven to be uber.

No, Wynaut is not nearly as broken as Wobbuffet. But no one uses it anyways.

Agreed. It is a stupid Pokemon, becuase he does everything Wobbuffet does only worse.

Dragonite and Salamence should also be banned since they evolve after Lv 50.
