I've gotten all but two badges(Not the last two), and passed the first part of the safari test.. now what? This game is giving me absolutely no guidance on where to go next, and my one friend told me to beat team rocket at the radio tower and the shop at mahogany city, but they weren't there.

Lake of Rage, catch/faint Red Gyarados then the Rocket Shop then the 7th Gym then Rocket Radio Tower.

What's the spawn rate on red gyarydos?

There should be a big ol red gyarados in the middle of the lake of rage. Just surf too it, talk too it and battle it~! =w=
