Who likes Simcty 4 or Societies? I need opinions on the games so I know if I want to buy the games.

I haven't played Societies, but I have played Sim City 4. It's a solid entry to the series, with more depth and many new features and bits of realism that weren't in 3000. However, I've encountered technical issues with it on a number of PCs, and I've heard from others that it is indeed somewhat shaky. Your specs need to be WAY above the recommended mark to run it at an even framerate, even on low graphics settings. Beside that, though, it's a quality game in my opinion.

WAY BACK I had Sim City 3000 but it broke like most of my CD's.

I totally loved Simcity 4 Rush-hour (I had the expansion-packed one). Never heard of Societies, but Simcity 4 is definitely a great game.

I love SimCity 4, but I've never played Societies. If you have a decent computer, SimCity 4 will work fine, and it's definitely worth buying.
