I'm trying to post a new youtube video, but it says that it is too large(23 KB), anyone know how I can resize it?

A side note, each time I make it smaller, the size appears to increase.

What app you using to resizing

Try Quick Media Converter
http://www.cocoonsoftware.com/
It uses ffmpeg so it supports most formats

Yes, but I need a music file that works with windows movie maker. And I know that WMAs are very bulky, so...

23 KB?! That's tiny! Are you trying to import a MIDI sequence? Because that doesn't work. Even better: upload the file here and I'll take a peek at it.

MSWMM is the Windows Movie Maker PROJECT FILE. That contains no video or audio information, just information on how to put other files together. Make sure to hit Publish Movie instead.
