Coming this autumn, the third-gen games Ruby and Sapphire will be released on Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi. A Game Freak press release confirmed the existence of these games and how they will not be on the 3DS, but rather on the older handhelds. They will be titled RoyalRuby and SterlingSapphire

I just can't believe it. Why all the strange news coming out today? Seriously, I still can't believe it, especially that they announced the fifth generation before the re-make. I think these all are fake. Also, how come that Serebii didn't mention that but youtube did?! Another thing that pops out, Nintendo never announced the names that fast, but they give us hints first.
It is an April's Fool.

Lets review the points:
Game freak says Zorua and Zoroark are going to be in this remake, thing is, the 5th gen isn't even out (side note: are there any more announced 5th gen pokémon?)
IF there would be said remake, what new features could you possibly put into the game? I mean, its not like there would be anything new, unlike Fr/Lg and Hg/Ss.
And last point, which comes first if there is a remake, 5th gen or remake?
What im trying to say is...
maybe cat is pulling our leg and pulling a big april fool's joke on us.
If so, i applaud cat's preference at a joke like this.
I thought these were going to be the first Generation V games, but then I noticed they can't make remakes back to back.Pokémon Gray Version will probably be after Black & White. Then, they'll probably make the remakes. They have to skip a generation for every remake.(III-V Skip Generaton IV)
