It's official, in about one week my site, Slowpoke Well, will be opening. To celebrate, I am holding a tournament. Tournament will be played with DPPHGSS Sign-ups end on April 1st!
Rules:
1.No Legendary Pokemon allowed with the exception of Phione. Along with this, you may only have one of any pokemon species on your team.
2. No cheating or hacking!
3. Pokemon MUST be Lv.70 or lower and battles are level 50-set.
4. If you A) Are 10 minutes late for your battle or B) Disconnect 3 times NO MATTER THE REASON, you are disqualified
5.You may only have one status-changing move per pokemon on your team. And ALL status clauses are included.
6. One of the two people in the battle must record a video of it (with VS Recorder, put the video number in the tournament room of the chat program). If neither records a video, both are disqualified
Prizes:
1st Place:Gym leader in the Slowpoke Well League, Raikou Adoptable
2nd Place:Gym leader in the Slowpoke Well League, Suicune Adoptable
3rd Place:Gym leader in the Slowpoke Well League, Entei Adoptable
4th Place:Gym leader in the Slowpoke Well League

So this is open level or fixed level? I think it should be fixed level if its not because people who have higher or lower level pokemon will be trounced and it will all come down to who has the highest level pokes.
And uh just curious but why is manaphy aloud? Dood, manaphy is considered uber. That means it outclasses both jirachi, celebi, and every single legendary trio pokemon.

I do not know if it was clear or not but I am indeed joining.

I would join, but will clauses like Species Clause and Sleep Clause be enforced? Otherwise, you could use like 3 Brelooms with Spore, which would be quite unfair.

Also, you should set it to Auto-Level 100 or Auto-Level 50, to ensure that everyone is on the same level and that no one has a level advantage.

Thank you for bringing up the Species Clause. I will add that, but I will allow status moves under conditions.

Also, if we do win one of the top 3 spots, do we have to be a gym leader for Slowpoke Well? I've already got one here and i've got enough stuff making me busy to have two gyms.

You do not have to be a gym leader at SW, but coming in the top 3 will give you the option to join at any time, as long as there is a position open.

I'd join, but I'd get crunched up with the -open level, but under level 70- rule.
