Jad mentioned it in chat, Ditto and I checked it out to make our brackets. Using the site is free, but you need an account to make brackets.

I also want to add that http://www.challonge.com is also a good bracket maker. The brackets are a bit more eye peeling then bracketmaker, and does not require an account creation.
