I got the bottom of the Ho-oh and the top of the Lugia in packs. I also bought the top of the Ho-oh. All I need is the bottom of the Lugia.

not to brag but i have BOTH Ho-oh and Lugia legend COMPLETE as well as a red gyrados card from the HG SS series...
