If you aren't very good at HTML, there is a program for you. It's called SeaMonkey. What it does is when you type in a tag, it tells you if it's correct. It also has a preview button so you can see what it's like. You don't want to learn HTML at all? There's a WYSIWYG. Expert HTML editor? It has a spot to type a Source Code. DId I also mention it's 100% FREE?! Find it HERE

Just as a fyi seamonky is based off Netscape as is firefox.

Neither Firefox nor Seamonkey are based off of Netscape. They have arguably originated from the platform but the ties to the platform are non-existent. Safari could arguably be considered based off of Konqueror, but again it really only originated from it.
