Found this on my college campus a few weeks ago. I saw this in the morning and took a picture. When I went to show it to Cat and Greenman later in the day the remaining two pieces of paper were gone. See that red stamp on the right? That means it was approved to be posted.

When people are posting things they are selling/offering services/etc at the bottom of their advertising page they put little slips of paper with the name and phone number/e-mail of the person to contact for what is being offered at the bottom advertisement. In this case the person is offering free little slips of paper.

I want one.
