Which of them should I go after? I can choose between two, since I have two versions of the game. In the Shinto Ruins Event, should I go after Giratina, Dialga, or Palkia?

Giratina because it's the only way you can get it in sky form.

Giratina owns in his Origin Forme. It just looks awesome.
Also, as mentioned, this is the only way in which you are able to get it in its Origin Forme (till now).
Go for Dialga as the second option as well.

I know I responded with this topic saying to get Giratina for the only way to get the Griseous Orb. Did you delete the old one and re-create it?

Origin Forme!
Dialga's still my favourite of the trio, but Giratina's an exception here.
