I was doing a web search for this MIDI file and when I found a link it was broken and redirected me back to this website. I have already asked the original author for the MIDI file. He searched all his files and couldn't find it. I am wondering who here runs this site and if they have the MIDI file? I have provided a link to the youtube page:
Yep, I still have the file. And the person who made it was Levus28/Levi Davis.
After reviewing the description, I see what happened. That was back when Buizel.Net was my main site, and everything has since moved to Floatzel.Net. Changing "buizel.net" to "floatzel.net" in the description should fix it, as it's still there.
