Hello everybody, I've been on Victory Road for a couple weeks now, so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Bidoof, the plump mouse Pokemon. But honestly, I'm just a major Pokemon fan, and my favorite Pokemon is obviously Bidoof. Anyways, I don't think I'll post much, as this forum is not very active, but I'll stick around!

Yeah, we had our biggest activity spike around the announcement of HeartGold/SoulSilver, and it gradually faded starting in late 2011. It's most likely because I haven't had any cool ideas that wouldn't require doing a lot of backend work to the site, as I've become consumed by other important things in life.

Yeah, but having around 30 members come on in a 24 hour period is still pretty good. You guys aren't that active, but it's not like you're dead either. And, like I said, I'll stay for awhile, no matter how active you are.

Welcome to the site! I've been here for 5 years, but I keep coming back! I made some really cool friends here, and although some have gone, quite a few have stuck around so I tend to come back and say hello.

Yeah, I feel if I stick around for long enough, the activity won't be a problem. Thanks for all the welcomes, everyone! Maybe this site isn't as inactive as I thought.

It's mostly because we're shy. And lurk a ton.

Yeah, I could see that considering no one has ever had 10,000 posts on this site, but on most other forums I go on, there are a ton of users with over 10,000 posts.

Well, there's also the fact that any posts on the games boards don't go toward your full count. I know I'd have double what I do now if those posts were added to the count! They aren't added because at one point people would spam so they could get a higher post rank (i.e. you're a Pikachu, I'm Shaymin, etc...) to we had that nixed!

Yeah, same with Introductions. Boy, imagine how many posts Cat would have if posts here counted.

Probably lots, but we also have/had quite a few members who post wild amounts in the fun boards. Cat does on occasion as well, but some members almost exclusively stuck to the fun boards!

Yeah, a lot of my posts in other forums are in forum games. If forum game posts counted on one forum I go on, my post count would probably be doubled.
