It was confirmed earlier today, that anyone who uses Pokemon Bank before September next year will find the rare event Pokemon Celebi.
Even if it is the free trial!

Good, I was waiting for a Celebi. There hasn't been one of those distributed since before I discovered Pokémon in the beginning of Black and White D;

I wonder if..when we get celebi on our games, will we have the option to control the natures and stats we get from it. (kinda like from mystery gift pokemon)
I just hope we dont get it right in our boxes right away, cause then we cant pick our natures and stats we want. Plus i wonder if it will have the 31ivs in 3 stats thing.

I think they will. GameFreak's been pretty generous with the IV distribution of Legends so I think Celebi will have good ones too. I just hope we can soft reset for natures and IV's like you said.
