Ok what is the simplest way to get a pikachu with volt tackle in D,Pt or firered or emerald.

well theres two ways I know.

The first is the common way. Which is to breed a female pikachu/raichu while its holding an item called light ball.

The second way (and the way I did it =p) is to beat the final coliseum in pokemon revolution, then a mystery gift will appear. The mystery gift is a pikachu with volt tackle, and surf.

Got it. From mr.pokemon (where you got first egg). You trade the red scale from red gyrados(lake of rage).

Well, I found it. It's hidden, invisibly IN A TREE. Not just any tree, but a tree you have to surf to. There isn't even any land in front of the tree, you have to pick it up while surfing. I don't know how anyone would find this without help.

Anywho, If there are only 3 PP ups, how did I get four? 0_o

I've got one. How do you find the item hidden in the tree in the bottom left of Emerald's expanded Safari Zone? Live on stream, I discovered an item was hidden in an area that is literally inaccessable (completely surrounded by trees).
