Cartoon Network is finally working on more original programming.

The premiere was tonight any one see it? ... anyone?



Seriously if so many of you people are willing to take a half hour to watch a now mediocre show about ponies at least take 15 minutes to watch the free pilot on iTunes!

I watched it, I've followed it since the idea was thrown at cartoonnetwork with original concept art. I also followed Uncle Grandpa at that stage. Steven Universe already in the 30 minutes it existed blew my mind with how optimistic and nicely styled it was. I look forward to future episodes.

Yeah I'm enjoying pretty much every aspect of this show, the characters, the music, the animation, the story and even the mythology. I also appreciate how much this kids show is willing to take itself seriously.

If this show had a large diverse cast it'd be perfect in my book but it's pretty close.
