Is it password-enabled? If so, it's possible WPA encryption is used (not supported by DS).

It's WEP/WEP2 and it worked before we moved and it's working with my laptop.

Alright, try resetting the router (like unplugging for a minute) and deleting the Wi-Fi connection entry on your DS. Start the router up and re-connect.

Then just try the DS part (deleting the connection and re-connecting).
