I sometimes do, but only for short (like 5-10 minutes) bursts as anything beyond that can get a little annoying. Also the obvious 3D uses more battery.

2D all the way, the 3D on this system irritates my eyes.

Oh, I forgot to post my own opinion.

Yeah, I can't stand 3D except very rarely when messing with Pokédex 3D Pro or just to see how nice the 3D is in each game. It otherwise irritates me after 10 minutes.

I leave it off because that way my 3DS actually has a chance of running for a long time.

I turn it on occasionally just to see how certain scenes look in the 3D, but I usually don't leave it on for more than 5 minutes or so. My neck starts to get a little stiff from holding my head in one place for too long, too.

I only turn on video for 3D videos [like that Kid Icarus Montage they had]. It irritates my eyes too much for gaming, making it harder to focus on the action.

I can barely see the 3D effect, maybe I'm not holding my 3Ds properly or whatever, but I dislike 3D in general.

It's pretty hard for my eyes to focus on it properly so I only keep it on if I think it's necessary.

I use it when I'm playing a new game for the first time to get the proper experience, but after an hour or so it starts to get a bit irritating. I've played on my friend's 3DS XL and the 3D is much more comfortable on that, and I do enjoy the 3D effect - Ocarina of Time 3D look amazing!

The 3D used to not hurt my eyes or maybe I told myself that because my mom and stepfather wouldn't buy me one as they claimed it ruined your eyes and if you left it on 2D mode it was just like a normal DS so I didn't need one... heh. My eyes water too much with 3D enabled so I just stick to plain ol' 2D~

Sometimes I'll have it on just to goof around. But when I'm seriously playing a game, I just leave it off.

I honestly haven't been a fan of 3-D anything mainly because I just don't seem to notice. Going to 3-D on my 3DS would just be draining my battery overall.
