Here's a neat little app I found.

It lets you splice together two every single pokemon up to Kangiskhan automatically.
Here are some cool examples I found.

Plastering Electrode's face on everything makes it so much better, better than a Ditto face I think. Haha, I love this generator thing. I used to mess around with it randomly every once in a while, it's everywhere on Tumblr. I've been wanting to draw some of these pictures from their sprite monstrous fusions. x3
Oh jeez, not this stupid thing again...
From a programmatical standpoint, it was fairly interesting, until I figured out how it worked by actually playing around with it and seeing that most of the results look like terrible splices. It's pretty much just two sets of images, with a set of coordinates on where the face should center (and possibly the splicing matrix for the face), along with a palette for each recoloring. (Anybody who has done graphics hacking on the SNES or GBC should know exactly what I'm talking about.) The names are just generated with a list of prefixes and a list of suffixes. (Also, the JavaScript code is terrible and non-compliant.)
I will admit that it is quite creative and a fairly large amount of work, but the novelty wears off quickly.
Or maybe the guy was really bored and actually spliced all 13,110 combinations.
I don't know why, but I laugh a little bit too much at some of these combinations.

...And so on and so forth.
