The title says it app, but to elaborate, I used to get my Victory Road emails at around 9 PM GMT+8, then after the adjustments for DST, 10 PM. Perfectly normal, right?
After the adopt bug got fixed, though, it's now 1 AM.
Are they related?

They might be. The adopt bug was fixed because the time zone on the server was wrong (but the time was--and still is--correct). The e-mails are provided by Google Feedburner, so their issue times might be affected by the timestamps on the RSS feed.

Well, whatever you did, it seems to have been fixed.
EDIT: more like half-fixed. One at 10 PM, another at 1 AM? This is weird.
