Cartoon Network. You know what they're going to do. It's on at 7 PM (PDT) for me, too.

Pity I can only watch it on my computer (through Windows Media Center and the cable tuner card), though. My HDMI cable broke a couple weeks ago, and I can't find the other one. The TV isn't very usable at the moment due to getting ready to move.

Sad to say, but this is will be the first time I've seen a pokemon movies premiere since the Deoxys movie.

Watching it now I'm going to post my thoughts.

Quick Thoughts while watching
Wow the World of Pokemon intro was incredibly short.
Hey Vic Minyana is playing Keldeo not only but he's also incredibly reckless, short minded, but determined of course!!!
Why did they give Verizion a woman's voice, he only sounded feminine in the Japanese because he's supposed to be the attractive one since Japanese has that weird thing.
I have to admit the animation is quite impressive yet again.
Why do I get the feeling we will have no explanation for why Kyurem is evil or why they need to defeat him.
Wait how the heck is Kyurem transforming?
Wait why did he freeze the sacred swordsmen then just left Kyurem go running?
Kyurem even admits the battle isn't over yet even though HE IS FREAKING LETTING HIM GET AWAY!!
Why are they playing the opening song over the dialogue with the pokemon playing in the train how freaking random?
That must have been really annoying for the audience in Japan to watch them playing since they just showed a short devoted to it.
Did someone remind Team Rocket as to why they were in the shot or did they just wonder onto the set?
Of course Pikachu is the only pokemon to notice the freaking legendary on top of the train.
Seriously no one is noticing the giant boundary pokemon on top of the freaking train freezing the ceilings!
Ash has a good question, why is Kyurem attacking!?
Kyurem is the strongest Dragon type? What about Arceus holding a Draco Plate?
Have to give this movie credit it's actually using it's supporting characters for the first time in quite a while.
I know they're trying to escape from Kyurem but were exactly are they trying to go?
Flying on Hooves Hydro Pump = Epicness
Wait they're still being chased that that's pretty pointless.
Did someone tell Vic Minyana he's playing Keldeo and not Edward Elric?
So Iris just happens to get away in a freaking blimp she probably stole and some how knows to fly.
Is it to soon for me to make a Hindenburg joke?
The pacing in this movie leaves very little room for characterization but I blame on the half hour commercial I mean Pikachu short.
So Kyurem is mad because he told him he was a sacred swordsmen, makes sense to me, I've heard stupider motives in the movie.
So this entire movie is taking place over the course of one night yeesh.
Oh wait Kyurem knew it all along, whatever we've still had worse excuses.
Kyurem sure does love to use Hyper Beam.
Yes this is Keldeo's fight, man I hate that excuse the way I see it that's code for little the annoying thing die.
Wow that was quick the movie is already over.

Overall I really enjoyed this movie, we get to see a rare stint where they use all of the main characters but they also manage to raise the tension by really get me caring for Keldeo and the Sacred Swordsmen. Not only that but we have some of the best action scenes I've ever seen in a pokemon movie with all the special movements and attacks Keldeo uses for battling. Finally Vic freaking Minyana puts out an amazing performance as per usual.

Not my favorite movie since it could have been a bit longer but I really did enjoy it.
4/5

I don't really have too many spoiler-worthy thoughts to share, but otherwise, I really enjoyed it. It felt a little bit on the short side, though. Of course, they ruined the credits, but they also removed the first commercial break. I got to watch it in glorious analog cable with mono sound, but it's better than nothing.

But here are the spoilers anyway

They actually selected good voice actors, especially for Kyurem and Terrakion.

Team Rocket was an Easter egg. They appeared nowhere else in the movie.

Almost the whole movie took place at night.

The fusions and forme changing made sense.

Where is everyone? Shouldn't a city have people walking the streets?

What happened to the blimp, and why did they steal it from a museum? Same for the train car.

Interesting to see the severance of Keldeo's horn. That's gotta hurt.

The effects were very nice, but I think the ice was abused just a tiny bit.

It's not one of my favorites, and the plot seemed a little lacking, but it was a decent movie. I definitely will watch it again and buy the DVD.
