This is the most insane, stupid and crazy side quest in the game.

However, it is a good way to gain some rare pokemon and I want to complete my game 100% but darn it it is annoying.

Oh boy, this looks like fun. I hope to try it out once I resume playing.

Without looking at those areas, I'm trying to find all 11 initial contact places on my own. I've found 6. I might give in soon. I want those Pokemon.

This side quest is just so tedious if you are actually going out of your way to complete it. 50 calls? It's just too much for me to do so that I could trade with her. It's a nice little addition, just not one that catches my interest.

I've only been able to call her once after the Ferris Wheel ride. The other locations don't allow her name to show up. I'm trying to do this JUST to abuse these daily trades, because I reeeaaaally need more Rare Candies.

I'm curious, did anyone here ever actually complete (or get very far through) this side quest? I only got two or three calls from Yancy, and I never spoiled it enough to see where it would lead.

I actually unintentionally completed this side quest, after running into the places I needed to go to by sheer luck. After I returned the Xtransceiver to Yancy, I was kind of interested to see where this would go, so I just decided to see how long I could keep it going. Finally I got to the end and don't regret a thing. It gave me something to do.

Wow I guess I'm the only one who went out of there way to get every single one of her pokemon.
