With all the people that hate Bush/think he's really friggin' hilarious, I don't see how come the shoe incident isn't a meme. I mean, it's the same thing as Kanye West's meme, just not verbal. You could replace that shoe with a mallet, a coin, a flower, a cheezburger, a kitteh, a bird, an arrow...Possibilities abound.
