It has been confirmed that the special Arceus event we mentioned yesterday will take place from this Thursday. Simply bring your Nintendo DS and a copy of Pokemon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum to any EB Games or Kmart store across Australia to download Arceus via Mystery Gift.

EB Games have advertising posters commemorating the event in store whilst Kmart mentions it in their latest catalogue which starts this Thursday.

Arceus will be given away from this Thursday in Australia at all EB Games and Kmart stores and from this Saturday in the US at all Toys R Us stores Simply take your DS and Pokemon game with you to download Arceus via Mystery Gift I'll be receiving my Arceus on Thursday

So be sure to grab your Arceus from November 5th, Australia will be the first country outside of Japan to receive Arceus.

Well from today in Australia you can download Arceus via Mystery Gift from selected Kmart and EB Games stores across the nation. Nintendo Australia have opened up an Arceus mini-site which details how to activate Mystery Gift, how to receive Arceus and which Kmart and EB Games stores are distributing the Pokemon.

This Arceus will unlock a little event in Pokemon Platinum when you visit the Oreburgh Mines with Arceus first in your team. Once Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver are released this particular Arceus will also unlock the Shinto Ruins once you trade it over, here you'll be able to chose from a Level 1 Palkia, Dialga or Giratina holding its respective Orb.

my friend gave me his copies to keep cause he wants to STOP playing pokemon! i died when he told me that well i was suprised but he said he will get HG/SS when it comes out though XD

ooOOh 6 Arceus hahaha I always thought it was kind of funny to see all of the same Pokemon in one party or in a row in one of the storage boxes. And Cat when would we go to Toys "R" Us, after good old Symbolic Logic? xD
