I can't seem to get pictures with transparency to work. Can someone give me the RGB values for transparency? If that's not how it works, can someone explain?

Well what exactly are you trying to do? Do you have an image you want a transparent background on?

Yes. I'm trying to get an image in my sig with a transparent background, but I'm just not sure how. I make it transparent (using GIMP), but it doesn't work.

First off is the image a GIF or PNG? Those are the only image formats that can have a transparent background.

Yeah, it's a PNG.

I'm not sure if it's GIMP's fault. When it exports it, it has a white background. I just figured it would show up as transparent of the forum.

It worked. I don't know. I did the exact same thing before. Ok. Thanks.
