The episode of Pokemon Smash that aired today showcased Keldeo's in-game form change for Black 2 and White 2, outside of Sangi City. The video may be viewed below:

The fact that Keldeo remains in this form as long as he learns Sacred Sword confirms my theory that this is a grown-up version of Keldeo.
