As of right now, the dates are not finalized. This was supposed to be a Thanksgiving tournament, so we want it somewhere around that date. I, personally, was thinking Black Friday, and hopefully we would finish by Sunday. Please tell me what you think about this.

IMHO, that date would work well. The only problem I have is that it might be a little too far in the future.

Yeah, it is a little hard telling what exactly you will be doing in a month...

Persnally I think a weak or two from now would be good. On a weekend. The battlers will have a certain time to finish there battle with the opponent like 3 days to a week then report back to say who won. Sound good? ,:3

Three days is a little too long. The way I was setting up the bracket, it was in about 6 or 7 tiers. A battle could probably be done in an hour. At that rate, you could probably do it in one day. I just don't know when I want to put it. I want to have at least one day of leeway in the tournament, just incase something happens.

Maybe 3 is a bit but maybe 2? Im thinking this just incase something comes up for one of the challengers on that day and they have to drop out because there busy that day.

If you want it on 1 day though I think the weekend would be the best. I think half the users on this site are currently in school. =w=

Hmm, the 13th is my Birthday, and I'll be busy that weekend. People will be away during Thanksgiving, some of them at their grandparent's or whatnot's house with no Wifi. How about the Weekend following this upcoming Weekend? That could work.

Well, the way I see it is that most people spend only the day at relatives' for Thanksgiving. Usually, people are back that night. This right here is the hardest part of planning this so far. Obviously, not everyone is going to be able to do it. Another major obstacle is Time Zones. We need to find a day on the weekend where people can participate in this tournament.

Oh my gosh November has the most birthdays ever. That's cause everyone does it in February lol. Maybe you guys should separate the tournament into 2 weekends unless some people dont have enough patience.

You have to remember that Time Zones are killer. I live in EST. 3:00 Pacific is 6:00 Eastern. Anyway, Black Friday this year is on the 27. I personally think that Saturday the 28th is a good day.
Honestly, the 7th is not do-able for 2 reasons. 1st being that it's not enough time. 2nd being that I will most likely be busy. Tell me what you think of this date.

Splitting it up might be necessary, but I don't think it will be. Like I said above, there shouldn't be that many more than seven rounds.

I voted for the nearest weekend (I'm impatient!), but it's still 48% to 52%. I'm free both weekends though, so I'm not that fussed.

Okay, I said I was gonna end the poll tonight, and I'm going to. Right now, seeing as it is a tie, I am going to make the final decision.
