I've updated the forum style to look, well, almost the same as the main site. As I used the original subsilver2 style and not the weird one (Serenity) I had before, some features from that board may be missing (such as the quick reply). I also have some minor color issues and all of the icons to correct.

I just don't really like forum themes in general. Forums like this, this, and this are simplistic, yet they are attractive.

The first two are based on the same style as mine: subsilver2! See, I could EASILY make my forum exactly like the first one.

The reason I'm customizing it is because I don't want it to look like every other generic phpBB forum out there. I want to truly be able to call this style my own.

Hmm. It might just be because im use to the generic white forum design but this one feels odd...

It is a little strange, but I think we'll all slowly get used to it. The key problem with the old forum style was that it didn't match the main website. Now it does.

Can you make the text a tad darker? Like, everything that is in blue?

Also, the buttons and icons don't really fit the theme, like the "online" and "offline" icon.

I made the text black and the links a darker blue.

I started to get some of the basic icons added, like the Post Topic buttons, the contact buttons, and the forum new/read post icons.

I'll be honest: I think it's the best skin I've ever seen for any forum on the web. Does the forum have selectable skins? I would totally try to make a skin or two if I could :^P

Thanks! No, you (currently) can't change skin. The reason is that I sometimes install phpBB mods. Some of them require changing every style's code. Also, making a style is VERY hard work, but changing one is easy, especially if it's just colors and images.
