I can't even fold paper correctly. It always ends up lopsided or uneven when I do it. ;c

You have to be very meticulous when doing origami.

I can fold the origami fortune tellers (aka cootie catchers) alright, though that's about it. I've tried to make both origami ninja stars and origami cranes before, and I did okay with the ninja stars I suppose, but I failed miserably with the cranes.

Wait, really? That's awesome.

I can't do origami at all. The last time I tried to do origami it looked like road-kill.
Hence why I draw now.

We had two exams today; Maths P2 and Business P1. I think I did well in Maths, but as of Business, the teacher lied to us... He told us to study specific chapters and ignore others. In return, the paper included chapters I never bothered to look at, and the result: a disaster. Tomorrow is going to be the toughest day: Biology P3, Chemistry P6 and English Literature. I honestly don't know what to start with in this condition.

I just got post 1300 here. The post ratio says I'm posting at least twice a day. If posts in Ye Olde Internet Madness counted, my post count'd be off the charts. I suppose I have a sufficient post count, but MaRcHiNg12step, you're post ratio must be way high to hit 2000 posts already. Especially since you've been here 8 months. This can be either really bad, or really good. It depends on the child you are babysitting. Some children are too annoying, I quickly stay meters away from them. Others are really fun to be with.

Maybe it's because the old one coincidentally fried out when you installed your new graphics card. Sometimes though, drivers might not work with each other, too.

So my winter break is about to end in 3 days, and I can honestly say now that it has been the best school break EVER for me. I had a blast during New Year's Eve watching this live at midnight. I hanged out with my friends a lot and went to pretty much all the major places in Dubai. I spent time with family and welcomed my two grandmas (as well as several other relatives) from my home country. All in all, I thought I used my break for the best reason: to chill, have fun and forget all my burdens.

What's going on over here? I know I missed out on a lot while I was away, so I'm interested to know how everyone's been doing.

I never like when Christmas is over, my room ends up a mess, in fact the whole house ends up being a disaster and then I have to clean it... I had a truly awesome Christmas though. Lots of awesome gifts including Pokémon apparel, special FX lightsabers, books, gift cards and a bunch of nerdy stuff. I especially can't wait to wear an all-Pokémon outfit to school when I go back. I had an especially fun sleepover on Boxing day (the 26th) with my best friend. ^~^ We even went to a hotel for 2 nights that has a massive indoor water park and a nice sized arcade. Although there was a fire drill at 4AM and we had to evacuate... But for now I must take care of the task at hand, cleaning my room... o_e If I'm lucky it'll be done today. Maybe.

Without a doubt that is the best use for your skyscraper of a building. Quite a spectacular show!

That's really nice to hear. And random fact about myself: I love going to water parks and staying at hotels.

Even though the place was EXTREMELY crowded (we eventually returned back at 4 AM), watching it live was much more amazing than watching it behind a TV or computer screen.
By the way, I I hope you didn't think I live in Burj Khalifa! xD

Ever since school started back up, all my teachers are eager to get tests started up again. No matter, I will be fine, because I don't study. No really, I hardly study for tests and I get good grades (with the exception of Japanese. I actually study in that class).

Strange, a lot of my teachers have been really chill this cycle I've barely done any work at all this year.

Lucky you. School started back up Tuesday and I have a test tomorrow and 2 tests Friday, along with the mid-term exams in 3 weeks.

I got a band test yesterday, and I got a 78%. D:
Not exactly the best way to start the 2012 year off.

About a month or so ago, I had a chapter test for Japanese. I got a 64%. However, my grade is so high in that class, my grade only went from a 96% to a 94%. I think I'll be fine for the next chapter test... which is tomorrow....

Well it is everywhere. Law and medicine. Science and language analysis.

"Always wear underwear" I see.

I can't tell if you're being serious or being sarcastic. The internet has failed me once again.

It's one of those cheesy puns they use to get kids to do latin. Most of what I can remember.
I thought it was more well known. Sorta a latin meme of sorts if there ever was one.

My Japanese test went well actually. I feel like I did pretty well, even though I couldn't remember a couple of phrases. I love the language, but studying can be pretty tedious sometimes.

I took French class from Grade 4 to Grade 8. One teacher totally ruined French class for me. She could BARELY speak english, but she tried teaching us French. I believe I spoke about this crap earlier. Now I'm totally put off from learning French.

I had a similar issue involving one of my past spanish instructors. He barely spoke any english, so it made spanish extremely difficult for me.

I got an 88% on my Japanese test. That will actually lower my grade.

In other news, it does not feel like a Friday to me.
